Registering your property access details with us will help us to get to you in an emergency where you can't let us in, for example if you've had a fall.
Property access details may include
- Key safe or lock box code and location
- Building access code
- Maps or building plans.
Building access codes and plans for shared complexes like apartment buildings or residential communities can only be registered by a member of the body corporate or the building manager.
We only store property access details for 12 months at a time. You must fill in a property access form every 12 months to keep your details in our system.
All details supplied are stored securely in our dispatch system. They will only be accessed in the event of a Triple Zero (000) call to your property.
